Welcome to Destiny Decor by Estella. Our services are dedicated to transforming your celebrations into unforgettable memories. By accessing and opting for our services, you’re leg to the following terms and conditions:

Service Scope: Destiny Decor by Estella specializes in event decoration. We are not responsible for any damages in the room or items lost before, during, or after the event decoration process.

Venue Booking: Clients must independently book their venue, such as a hotel or Airbnb. Destiny Decor by Estella will coordinate with the venue based on the information and permissions provided by the client.

Venue Policies: Clients should know that hotels and other venues may have their policies, including potential cleaning fees. It is the client’s responsibility to understand and comply with these policies.

Access to Venue: To facilitate decoration, the client must add an agent from Destiny Decor by Estella to the reservation or provide explicit access permissions to the room for decoration.

Decoration Schedule: Decoration timing should be coordinated with the venue’s guest reception. We will work to accommodate your preferred schedule before check-in or after, subject to the venue’s approval.

Completion Notification: Clients will receive a notification once the decoration is complete.

Post-Event Clean-Up: Destiny Decor by Estella is not responsible for the removal of decorations. We do not provide general cleaning services after the event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event date.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided after the event date.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely to provide decoration services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Deposit Policy: 50% deposit is non-refundable or credit can be used for future event.

Payment Policy: Failure to pay full amount will not get room decor.

Amendments: Destiny Decor by Estella can legally update or modify the terms and conditions without informing users. Clients should actively review these terms regularly to ensure an understanding of the current terms and conditions.
